- Financial/ledger data: item entries, quantity, amount, transaction details, and timestamps.

2. How We Use Data
- To create and manage user accounts and role-based access.
- To verify attendance through face recognition and liveness checks.
- To confirm on-site presence through GPS/location verification.
- To generate attendance reports, analytics, and site-level summaries.
- To manage construction site operations, labour records, and ledger/expense entries.

3. Permissions and Sensitive Data
- Camera access is used for face registration and attendance verification.
- Location access is used to validate attendance location and prevent remote/fake marking.
- We use face-recognition related data only for attendance and workforce verification features.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with authorized organization users (for example, contractor and supervisor roles) and trusted technical service providers required to run our service, subject to confidentiality and security obligations.
